Hot-dip galvanizing is generally used for steel strip or wire (stranded wire). The steel surface is covered with zinc layer to prevent the erosion of the atmosphere, and to ensure the service life of the substrate. Moreover, zinc is more active than iron, and can also sacrifice zinc layer to protect the steel matrix in the case of corrosion. Aluminized zinc has stronger protective effect and better corrosion resistance than galvanized products. The whole structure consists of aluminum, iron, silicon and zinc, forming a dense tetrad crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate, thus effectively preventing corrosion factors from penetrating. Corrosion resistance comes from aluminum's barrier layer protection function, and zinc's sacrificial protection function. Aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer that acts as a barrier when zinc sacrificial protects the cut edges, scratches and scratches of the coating. As for the difference in use, if galvanized products can not prevent corrosion, you can further choose aluminum zinc plating.
Aluminized zinc color coating plate is a new material produced by high-end application in China in recent years, often referred to as CCLI.
